The LS-400 Gantry System is a high-performance XYZ Cartesian robot engineered to deliver precision automation across packaging, manufacturing, and research environments. It features an integrated safety architecture, intelligent path planning, and a custom-built control ecosystem.

Non-Contact Battery Inspection

The gantry system was equipped with ultrasonic sensors mounted as end effectors to detect internal defects in battery cells. The system delivered high precision and consistency critical for quality control.

Automated Laser Engraving

Utilizing image-based path planning, the system generated complex motion trajectories to drive laser modules, enabling the automated and accurate engraving of logos and patterns on sheet materials.
